Dr. Zooch Vanguard Eagle Build Part 21 SRB Nose Cones

A straight razor blade was pressed into and around all the pencil line until the plug split in two.

Here's the two plugs split into four halves.

Now the half plugs are to be cut into four pieces.

I squared them up evenly against my aluminum angle.

Using a strait edge, pencil marks were drawn. Each of the lower three half disk segments will be 5/16" thick.
