Dr. Zooch Vanguard Eagle Part 26 SRB Trimming

After assembly, I knew I'd have trouble painting the inside rear of the SRBs, so I went ahead and blackened the surfaces with a flexible ink brush.

This pen is like a Sharpie but the ink flows through a flexible "Brush" tip. It makes it easier to get into tight spaces.

I probably should have trimmed the lower corners of the SRBs before now.

A template was made to insure consistent angle cuts.

The template was wrapped around the low end of the SRB and the corner cut marked with pencil.
Cuts were made on the line with small, sharp scissors.

The angled corner cuts were trued up with sandpaper on a block.
