
In Step 4 Prime, the upper engine mount is glued into the second stage tube.
A line 3/8" from the end is drawn around the inside of the tube.
The rear centering ring will go in up to this line.

A bead of glue was run inside the tube and the mount slid in place up to the 3/8" line.
A slightly rounded dowel was used to make a small fillet.
A small drop of white glue was set on the rounded side of the dowel.
That drop was carefully set into the centering ring / body tube seam.
The drop was smoothed out with the rounded dowel edge.
Any excess glue was picked up with the other squared side of the dowel.

The coupler you made earlier is glued against the lower centering ring and against the body tube walls.
I used the rounded dowel again to add a small fillet
